Common use of Certain Arizona Law Waivers Clause in Contracts

Certain Arizona Law Waivers. Each Guarantor hereby fully and completely waives, releases and relinquishes (i) all defenses and claims based on principles of suretyship and/or guaranty, and (ii) any and all benefits under Arizona Revised Statutes Sections 12-1641 through 12-1646 and Rule 17(f) of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure. No other provision of this Guaranty Agreement shall be construed as limiting the generality of any of the covenants and waivers set forth in this Section 23. In accordance with Section 22(a) hereof, this Guaranty Agreement shall be governed by, and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of New York).
