Certain Conditions Regarding Non-Collateral Property. On or prior to the Effective Date, the Borrower shall or shall have caused, Mortgages (and all other documents reasonably requested in connection therewith), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent to have been fully prepared (but not recorded) in respect of the property known as Park Plaza Hotel New Orleans and each Delayed Sale Asset and shall have taken all other actions (other than the actual recording of such Mortgage) with respect to such properties including, without limitation, obtaining title commitments, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, from the Title Company in respect of such properties.
