Common use of Certain Laws Clause in Contracts

Certain Laws. The execution and delivery of this Amendment Agreement by the Issuer and each of the Guarantors and the performance under the Financing Documents by the Issuer and the Subsidiaries: (a) is not subject to regulation under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, as amended, the Transportation Acts, as amended, or the Federal Power Act, as amended, and (b) does not violate any provision of any statute or other rule or regulation of any Governmental Authority applicable to the Issuer or any Subsidiary.
