Common use of Certificate as to Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Certificate as to Adjustments. In case of any adjustment or readjustment in the price or kind of securities issuable on the exercise of this Warrant, the Company will promptly give written notice thereof to the holder of this Warrant in the form of a certificate, certified and confirmed by the Board of Directors of the Company, setting forth such adjustment or readjustment and showing in reasonable detail the facts upon which such adjustment or readjustment is based.

Certificate as to Adjustments. In case of any adjustment or readjustment in the price or kind of securities issuable on the exercise of this Warrant, the Company will promptly give written notice thereof to the holder of this Warrant in the form of a certificate, certified and confirmed by the Board of Directors President of the Company, setting forth such adjustment or readjustment and showing in reasonable detail the facts upon which such adjustment or readjustment is based.

Certificate as to Adjustments. In case of any adjustment or readjustment in the price or number or kind of securities issuable on the exercise of this WarrantOption, the Company will promptly give written notice thereof to compute such adjustment or readjustment in accordance with the holder of this Warrant in the form of terms hereof and prepare a certificate, certified and confirmed by the Board of Directors of the Company, certificate setting forth such adjustment or readjustment and showing in reasonable detail the facts upon which such adjustment or readjustment is based. The Company will mail a copy of each such certificate to the holder hereof.

Certificate as to Adjustments. In case of any adjustment or readjustment in the price or kind of securities issuable on the exercise of this WarrantWarrant pursuant to Section 7(a) or (b) above, the Company will promptly give written notice thereof to the holder of this Warrant in the form of a certificate, certified and confirmed by the Board of Directors of the Company, setting forth such adjustment or readjustment and showing in reasonable detail the facts upon which such adjustment or readjustment is based.

In case of any adjustment or readjustment in the price or kind of securities issuable on the exercise or redemption of this Warrant, the Company Company, upon request, will promptly give written notice thereof to the holder of this Warrant in the form of a certificate, certified and confirmed by the Board of Directors of the Company, certificate setting forth such adjustment or readjustment and showing in reasonable detail the facts upon which such adjustment or readjustment is based.
