Client agrees to furnish to Bank a new Certificate of Authorized Persons in the event that any present Authorized Person ceases to be an Authorized Person or in the event that any other Authorized Persons are appointed and authorized. Until such new Certificate of Authorized Persons is received, Bank shall be fully protected in acting upon Oral Instructions, Written Instructions and/or signatures of the present Authorized Persons.
