Common use of Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295). Engineer certifies that it has accurately completed and submitted a notarized Certificate of Interested Parties Form 1295 (“Form 1295”) in accordance with Texas Government Code §2252.908 and the rules adopted thereunder. Engineer acknowledges that it is responsible for making any and all necessary updates and/or corrections to the applicable Form 1295 during the term of this Agreement. Engineer must either (1) mail the completed Form 1295 to the Harris County Engineering Department at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 11th Floor, Houston, TX 77002, Attn: Administrative Services or (2) submit the form by email to XXXXXxxxxXxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
