Certificate of Trust. Immediately upon the execution of this Agreement, the Trustees shall file a Certificate of Trust with respect to the Trust in the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware pursuant to the Delaware Act. From time to time, the Trustees shall cause such Certificate of Trust to be amended to reflect changes in the composition of the Board of Trustees.
