Certificates Regarding Yield Protection, Etc. Any request by any Lender Party for payment of additional amounts pursuant to Sections 2.13, 2.14 and 2.16 shall be accompanied by a certificate of such Lender Party setting forth the basis and amount of such request. In determining the amount of such payment, such Lender Party may use such reasonable attribution or averaging methods as it deems appropriate and practical.
