CERTIFICATES REPRESENTING INTERESTS IN THE COMPANY. The interest of each Member of the Company shall be evidenced by this Agreement or by entry in the books and records of the Company in such form not inconsistent with the Certificate of Formation of the Company as the Managers may from time to time prescribe. No certificates representing shares shall be issued.
