Certification/License. Eligible employees who obtain a District approved certification or license will receive $7.62 per pay period per certificate or license with a maximum of three (3) certificates and/or licenses. The maximum amount of certification/license pay for any combination of certificates and/or licenses is fixed at $22.86 per pay period.
Certification/License. The City shall pay the fees associated with obtaining and maintaining a DMV/CDL License (including CDL physical), Water Certification, Sewer Certification, Pesticide Certification license, Back Flow Certification, Arborist Certification or other license/certification when such license and/or certification is required of an employee to perform their job excluding the cost of a regular driver’s license. The City shall not be responsible for paying late fees for renewals of certification or licenses; nor reinstatement charges if the employee allows the certification or license to lapse. Exceptions will be reviewed by the supervisor and may be granted if warranted by circumstances.
Certification/License. Bidder shall hold Certificate of Competency and show proof by submission of a copy of the certificate and license with the bid submission as a State of Florida or Orange county Certified Contractor. The Certificate of Competency shall be in the name of the Contractor shown on the Bid Response Page.
Certification/License. Teachers will only be considered for teaching fields that appear on their teaching certificate/license on file in the board office. Additional training fields added to the teaching certificate/license after May 30 of the year the reduction is made will not affect the structure of the RIF list.
Certification/License. The member must hold a professional, permanent or life certificate OR hold a five- year professional educator license.

Certification/License. When an employee is required to maintain certification or a license in order to continue in the position the employee currently occupies, the fees which are mandated by the certifying or licensing body for continuation of the certification or license will be paid by the College to a maximum amount of ($200) two hundred dollars per fiscal year.
Certification/License. Contractor shall at all times be duly certified/licensed to practice in the state of Illinois.
Certification/License. Upon successful completion of Course, and payment of all Certification fees, Company will grant you a limited non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the certification mark provided under separate cover (the “Mark”) to signify and promote that you have obtained the Certification. You may not alter the Mark or use the Mark for any other purposes including the branding of your goods and services. If you do not purchase the Certification, you can still indicate you have completed the Course but may not use the Mark. If Company is contacted by your potential clients, we will confirm if you have completed the Course/ what portion of the Course was completed. As part of the Certification, you agree that you will use Xxxx X. Xxxxx’x proprietary “No Mess Decluttering Method” upon request from your client and will note, at all times, that the method is owned solely by Xxxx X. Xxxxx.
Certification/License. MSH shall obtain and maintain all applicable certificates and licenses and provide proof of same to the County within thirty (30) days of entering into this contract.
