Certification of Amount. of Dues The rate at which dues are to be deducted shall be certified to the payroll clerk by the treasurer of the Union during January of each year. One (1) month advance notice must be given to the payroll clerk prior to making changes in dues deductions. The Union warrants and guarantees to the Employer that no provision of this Article shall violate the Constitution or laws of either the United States of America or the State of Ohio.
