Certifications and Instructions. (a) Any pertinent vote or resolution of the Board of Directors of the Employer (if it is a corporation) shall be certified to the Trustee over the signature of the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Employer and under its corporate seal. The Employer shall promptly furnish to the Trustee appropriate certification evidencing the appointment and termination of the individual or individuals serving as Administrator under Section 12.01
