Cessation of Access to Trestle. If Multiple Listing Organization’s access to Trestle ceases for any reason. Multiple Listing Organization may, at its sole option: (i) immediately terminate this Agreement and refund to Technology Provider any advance fees paid for Listing Data that has not yet been delivered; or (ii) continue the Agreement and deliver the Listing Data to Technology Provider directly.
