CESSATION OR CONTINUATION OF COVERAGE. Effective as of his or her Transfer Date, each PracticeWorks Transfer Employee, together with dependents thereof, shall cease to be covered by InfoCure's employee welfare benefit plans, including but not limited to plans, programs, policies and arrangements which provide medical and dental coverage, life and accident insurance, short-term disability coverage, and long-term disability coverage (collectively, "Welfare Plans") and shall be covered under PracticeWorks' Welfare Plans.
