Common use of Cessation Upon Death Clause in Contracts

Cessation Upon Death. The continuation benefits payable or to be provided under clauses (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) of this Section 2(d) shall cease in the event of Executive’s death. (The foregoing shall not operate or be construed to negate the benefits payable to Executive and Executive’s estate under the plans and policies referenced in clauses (iii), (iv) and (v) of this Section 2(d) or under any other plans and policies referenced in this Agreement.
