Common use of CFO Certificate Clause in Contracts

CFO Certificate. On the date of this Agreement and on the First Closing Date or the applicable Option Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its Chief Financial Officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Time of Sale Prospectus and the Prospectus (as applicable), providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

CFO Certificate. On the date of this Agreement and on the First Closing Date or the applicable Option Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its Chief Financial Officer chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data information contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus Information and the Prospectus (as applicable)Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, substantially in the form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representativesattached as Annex D hereto.

CFO Certificate. On the date of this Agreement and on Agreement, the First Closing Date or the applicable and any Option Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company Representatives shall have furnished to the Representatives received a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its Chief Financial Officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Time of Sale Prospectus Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package, the road show presentation and the Prospectus (as applicable)Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

CFO Certificate. On the date of this Agreement and on the First Closing Date or the applicable Option Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its Chief Financial Officer chief financial officer, on behalf of the Company, with respect to certain financial data contained in the Time of Sale Prospectus Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus (as applicable)Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

On the date of this Agreement and on the First Closing Date or the applicable Option Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives Representative a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its Chief Financial Officer chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Time of Sale Prospectus Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus (as applicable)Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative.

On At the date time of the execution of this Agreement and on at the First Closing Date or the applicable Option Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its Chief Financial Officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Time of Sale Prospectus General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus (as applicable)Final Prospectuses, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

CFO Certificate. On the date of this Agreement and on the First Closing Date or the applicable Option Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company Manager shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the UnderwritersRepresentatives, of its Chief Financial Officer chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus Information and the Prospectus (as applicable)Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

On the date of this Agreement and on the First Closing Date or the applicable Option Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its Chief Financial Officer chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Time of Sale Prospectus Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus (as applicable)Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.]
