Common use of Chain of Command Investigations Clause in Contracts

Chain of Command Investigations. At the time any member is interviewed or interrogated within the chain of command and the investigator or member reasonably believes that either discipline or criminal charges could result against that member, the member shall have an opportunity to contact a Lodge Representative. If requested by the member, a Lodge Representative shall be allowed to accompany the member during all interview sessions.
