Common use of Chain of Command Investigations Clause in Contracts

Chain of Command Investigations. At the time any member is interviewed or interrogated within the chain of command of the Division of Police and the investigator or member reasonably believes that either departmental or criminal charges could result against that member, that member shall be provided an opportunity to contact an O.L.C. Representative. If requested by the member, an O.L.C. Representative shall be allowed to accompany the member during all interview sessions.
