Change in Membership Status. 1. The District will refer any eligible certificated employee concerning union dues or stopping union membership to the KUTA President. 2. XXXX agrees to give timely written notification to the District of any changes in membership status. 3. KUTA will reimburse any eligible certificated employees for dues deducted in error as determined by XXXX.
