Common use of Change in Ownership Clause in Contracts

Change in Ownership. The Owner agrees with the Council to give the Council immediate written notice of any change in ownership of any of its interests in the Site occurring before all the obligations under this Deed have been discharged such notice to give details of the transferee’s full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not) together with the area of the Site or unit of occupation purchased by reference to a plan

Change in Ownership. The Owner agrees with the Council to give the Council immediate written notice of any change in ownership of any of its interests in the Site save in respect of any disposal to a plot purchaser tenant or occupier of an individual Apartment occurring before all the obligations under this Deed have been discharged such notice to give details of the transferee’s full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not) together with the area of the Site or unit of occupation purchased by reference to a plan.

Change in Ownership. 10.1 The Owner Landowner agrees with the Council to give the Council immediate written notice of any change in ownership of any of its interests in the Site occurring before all the planning obligations under this Deed have been discharged such notice to give details of the transferee’s full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not) , together with the area of the Site Site, Dwelling , Building or unit of occupation purchased transferred by reference to a plan.

The Owner agrees with Landowners shall give the Council immediate written notice of any change in ownership of its interest in the Site occurring before all the obligations under this Deed have been discharged such notice to give full details of the transferee's full name and where a company their registered office address and company registration number and where an individual their usual postal address PROVIDED THAT it is agreed that the requirement for the Landowners to give the Council immediate written notice of any change in ownership of any of its interests in the Site occurring before all the obligations under this Deed have been discharged such notice will not apply to give details any transfer of the transferee’s full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not) together with the area of the Site or unit of occupation purchased by reference single Dwelling to a planan individual purchaser.

The First Owner agrees and the Second Owner agree with the Council to give the Council immediate written notice of any change in ownership of any of its interests in the Site occurring before all the obligations under this Deed have been discharged such notice to give details of the transferee’s full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not) together with the area of the Site or unit of occupation purchased by reference to a plan.

The Owner agrees with the District Council to give the District Council immediate written notice of any change in ownership of any of its interests in the Site occurring before all the obligations under this Deed have been discharged such notice to give details of the transferee’s full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not) together with the area of the Site or unit of occupation purchased by reference to a plan.

Change in Ownership. 13.1 The Owner agrees with the Council to give the Council immediate written notice of any change in ownership or creation of any a new interest of its interests the Owner in the Site Land such change in ownership occurring before all the obligations under this Deed have been discharged discharged, such notice to give details of the transfereetransferee’s/xxxxxx’s full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not) together with the area of the Site or unit of occupation purchased land transferred by reference to a plan.

The Owner Landowner agrees with the Council to give the Council immediate written notice as soon as reasonably practicable after the same occurs of any change in ownership of any of its interests interest in the Application Site (other than the a Disposal to a party referred to in clause 6.2) occurring before all the obligations under this Deed have been discharged such discharged. Such notice to give details of the transferee’s full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not) together with the area of the Application Site or unit of occupation Component purchased by reference to a planPlan.

The Owner agrees covenants with the Council to give the Council immediate written notice of any change in ownership of any of its interests interest in the Site (save for the disposal of an individual Dwelling) within 5 Working Days of the same occurring before all the obligations under this Deed have been discharged such notice to give details of the transferee’s full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not) together with the area of the Site or unit of occupation purchased or transferred by reference to a plan.
