CHANGE OF APPEARANCE NOTIFICATION. MANAGEMENT may request appropriate appearance (such as the absence of facial hair) if notification is given at least six (6) weeks prior to the first rehearsal. The ARTIST must advise MANAGEMENT at least six (6) weeks in advance of the first rehearsal of any material change in the ARTIST’S physical appearance, such as loss or gain of weight, since the signing of the Individual Artist's Contract.

EMPLOYER may request appropriate appearance (such as the absence of facial hair) if notification is given at least six (6) weeks prior to the first rehearsal. (b) The ARTIST must advise EMPLOYER at least six (6) weeks in advance of the first rehearsal if any severe change in the ARTIST’s physical appearance, such as loss or gain of weight, since the signing of the Individual Artist’s Contract.

MANAGEMENT may request appropriate change of appearance (such as the absence of facial hair) if notification is given at least six (6) weeks prior to the first rehearsal. Upon MANAGEMENT’s request, ARTIST will submit updated measurements to MANAGEMENT no later than six (6) weeks prior to the first (1st) rehearsal. In addition, if MANAGEMENT requests ARTIST to undergo a mutually agreeable grooming change (e.g., hair color/cut, xxxxx trims, nails, etc.), MANAGEMENT will reimburse ARTIST for the cost of such change including changing back to such ARTIST’s original color at the end of their contract.

CHANGE OF APPEARANCE NOTIFICATION. CHORISTERS may be requested by EMPLOYER to grow beards or wear their hair longer than their usual fashion, although compliance is not mandatory. EMPLOYER may request removal of facial hair to maintain artistic or historical integrity of a production. In such case, the EMPLOYER will note such requirements on the CHORISTER’s Individual Offer of Employment. A CHORISTER’S refusal to so change his appearance shall not affect core chorus status, but may preclude participation in that production.

(b) COMPANY will utilize its best efforts to timely notify each ARTISTS of necessary changes in ARTIST’s appearance (such as hairstyle) and will reasonably accommodate all ARTISTS to insure that they are not adversely affected by an untimely or late notification. Such accommodation may include reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses. (c) The ARTIST must advise COMPANY at least four (4) weeks in advance of the first rehearsal of any severe change in the ARTIST's physical appearance, such as loss or gain of weight, since the signing of the Individual ARTIST's Agreement.

CHANGE OF APPEARANCE NOTIFICATION. ‌ EMPLOYER may request appropriate appearance (such as the absence of facial hair) if notification is given at least six (6) weeks prior to the first rehearsal. The notification shall advise the ARTIST of the date by which the change must be effectuated. The ARTIST must advise the EMPLOYER at least six (6) weeks in advance of the first rehearsal if any substantial change in the individual ARTIST’s appearance, such as loss or gain of weight of more than twenty (20%) percent of the body as a whole, substantial change to Artist’s hair based on headshot since the signing of the Individual Artist Agreement.
