A CHORISTER’S refusal to so change his appearance shall not affect core chorus status, but may preclude participation in that production.

Such accommodation may include reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses. (c) The ARTIST must advise COMPANY at least four (4) weeks in advance of the first rehearsal of any severe change in the ARTIST's physical appearance, such as loss or gain of weight, since the signing of the Individual ARTIST's Agreement.

The notification shall advise the ARTIST of the date by which the change must be effectuated. The ARTIST must advise the EMPLOYER at least six (6) weeks in advance of the first rehearsal if any substantial change in the individual ARTIST’s appearance, such as loss or gain of weight of more than twenty (20%) percent of the body as a whole, substantial change to Artist’s hair based on headshot since the signing of the Individual Artist Agreement.

  • Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms. XOOM will send you written notice at least (30) days before the end of the Term. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement. If you do not advise XOOM by the specified date, this Agreement will automatically renew at the fixed rate or variable rate then in effect in accordance with the notice.
