Change Order Proposal a proposal prepared by CONTRACTOR in respect of a CHANGE in which it provides full detail of the following: (a) the impact of the proposed CHANGE on SCOPE; (b) a detailed schedule for the performance of adjusted SCOPE; (c) the effect on the CONTRACT PRICE (if any), determined in accordance with the CONTRACT; and (d) any other information COMPANY reasonably requests.

Change Order Proposal. ATL may initiate the Change Order procedure by a notice to the Contractor setting forth the proposed Change Order. Within ten (10) Business Days thereafter, the Contractor shall provide a detailed proposal which includes proposed prices and a proposed schedule for performance (“Change Order Proposal”). The Change Order Proposal may be accepted by ATL or modified by negotiations between the Contractor and ATL, whereupon a written Change Order, governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, shall be executed by both Parties.
Change Order Proposal. SRTA may initiate the Change Order procedure by a notice to the TSI Contractor setting forth the proposed Change Order. Within ten (10) Business Days thereafter, the TSI Contractor shall provide a detailed proposal which includes proposed prices and a proposed schedule for performance (“Change Order Proposal”). SRTA may extend the time within which TSI Contractor shall provide the detailed Change Order Proposal. Granting any such extension shall be in SRTA’s reasonable discretion and must be in writing signed by SRTA’s Project Manager. The Change Order Proposal may be accepted by SRTA or modified by negotiations between the TSI Contractor and SRTA, whereupon a written Change Order, governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, shall be executed by both Parties.
Change Order Proposal. “Change Order Proposal” means a Contractor-generated document in response to a Change Order Request (COR).
Change Order Proposal. Upon the occurrence of an event as described in Section 8.3, Contractor shall notify Owner in writing and issue to Owner, at Contractor’s expense, a proposed Change Order in the form attached hereto as Appendix F-1, setting forth the effect, if any, which the change has had or would have on the Contract Price, the Milestones, the Payment Schedule, the Key Date Schedule, including the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates, or the Guaranteed Performance Levels, as applicable, and accompanied by a detailed written explanation of the proposed change and Contractor’s reasons for proposing the change, all documentation necessary to demonstrate the effects of the change on such terms, and all other information reasonably required by Owner to verify such proposed Change Order. In all cases, Contractor shall submit all Claims for relief hereunder for Claim Submission Events by the Claim Submission Deadline.
Change Order Proposal. To initiate a Change Order, Builder will issue a request for proposal to Subcontractor. Immediately upon receipt thereof, Subcontractor shall prepare and submit a proposal to Builder. The proposal shall contain a quantity survey including quantity calculations, area calculations, unit prices, labor hours, labor rates and any other information necessary to provide Builder with a comprehensive undertaking of the proposal and the effect of the change on the project’s construction schedule. Once agreed upon by Builder and Subcontractor, Builder shall send to Subcontractor a change order with all information agreed to be included. Subcontractor shall promptly execute change order and immediately send it to Builder. Builder’s authorized agent(s) shall then dully execute the change order and then send a fully executed copy of the change order to the subcontractor.
Change Order Proposal. If Contractor requests a proposal with respect to any directed or alleged change in the Work, Subcontractor shall respond in writing with a change order proposal within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the request, unless a shorter time is required by the Contract Documents. The proposal shall be supported by a detailed cost breakdown which shall include a quantity survey, separate labor and material cost calculations, separate mark-up for overhead and profit, and documented material and equipment costs. If Subcontractor fails to timely comply with this proposal requirement, Contractor shall use its best efforts to estimate in good faith the impact of a proposed change on the Subcontractor in any quotation submitted to the Owner, which estimate shall be the maximum equitable adjustment due Subcontractor.

Change Order Proposal. Evaluation (CPE) means a Contractor-generated document in response to a Change Order Request (COR) or Change Proposal Request (CPR) which states the adjustment necessary to Contract Sum and Time, if any, in response to the changed work described in the Change Order Request (COR).

Change Order Proposal. (1) The WP Contacts or the Advisory Committee will submit a Change Order Proposal promptly following the date of determination. (2) If the Change proposed in a Change Order Proposal results in additional work leading to increased costs of such Work Package which, calculated in the aggregate after giving effect to all prior Changes, differs from the original Package Costs set out in the applicable Work Package by less than 20%, the Parties will amend the applicable Work Package accordingly. (3) If the Change proposed in a Change Order Proposal results in additional work leading to increased costs of such Work Package which, calculated in the aggregate after giving effect to all prior Changes, differs from the original Package Costs set out in the applicable Work Package by 20% or more, the Parties will mutually agree to terminate such applicable Work Package and mutually agree on the terms of a new Work Package.
