Changes, Cancellation Requests, and Refused Transfers. You may cancel or modify an External Transfer scheduled for a future date (including a recurring External Transfer). Once we have started processing an External Transfer, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We will make reasonable attempts to return any unclaimed, refused, refunded, prohibited, or denied External Transfers to your Eligible Transaction Account, to the extent permitted by law. If we are unable to return the funds to your Eligible Transaction Account, we will make reasonable attempts to otherwise return the funds to you.

You may cancel or modify a Transfer scheduled for a future date (including a recurring Transfer) at any time before 8:30 pm CT on the Business Day prior to the scheduled transfer date. We will make reasonable attempts to return any unclaimed, refused, refunded, prohibited, or denied Transfers to your Eligible Transaction Account, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. If we are unable to return the funds to your Eligible Transaction Account, we will make reasonable attempts to otherwise return the funds to you.
