Changes Generally. Customer may, at any time, direct a change within the general scope of this Contract (“Change Order”).

5.20.1 When a change takes effect. A change to the mortgage doesn't take effect until you and we enter into an agreement to make the change and the change takes effect under that agreement.

All documentation, approved ECOs, configuration histories, inspection data, and acceptance test reports related to changes made pursuant to this Section 4 must be periodically archived and Restoration Robotics reserves the right to audit Supplier’s records and technical documentation to verify compliance (for example, in the event of an FDA compliance audit). Upon termination of the Agreement, for any reason, Supplier agrees to and shall provide Restoration Robotics with a complete technical documentation package within thirty (30) days from the date of termination.

(a) Changes to Specifications and/or the manufacturing, testing and packaging process of the Products pursuant to this Section 5.1 shall be made in accordance with the Quality Agreement. Manufacturer and Purchaser shall cooperate in good faith to resolve any Product supply issues that may result from changes in the Specifications and/or the manufacturing, testing and packaging process of the Products. Each Party shall give the other Party reasonable written notice prior to any changes to the Specifications and/or the manufacturing and/or the packaging processes of the Products that it requires, as further set forth in this Article 5.
(b) To the best of Manufacturer’s knowledge, as of the Effective Date, Manufacturer is not aware of any changes to Specifications and/or manufacturing, testing and packaging processes of the Products which are planned to be implemented during the Term, other than any upcoming changes as disclosed to Purchaser prior to the Effective Date.

(a) 5G will prepare a proposal, setting out how it intends to implement the change, the costs and timing of implementation and any impact on other aspects of the Services and the Supply Agreement;
(b) the parties will negotiate, in good faith, the terms of 5G’s proposal;
(c) if the parties are unable to agree on the terms of 5G’s proposal then either party may refer the matter as a Dispute and the procedures set out in the General Terms will apply; and
(d) upon the parties reaching an agreement on, and executing a document outlining the details of the change, 5G will implement the change.

Changes to the terms of the Engagement Schedule or the Master Services Agreement may only be made by a written amendment that is signed by an Authorized Representative of each Party and that refers to the particular Engagement Schedule or Master Services Agreement that is to be changed. If a change is made to or by an Engagement Schedule, that change shall apply only with respect to that Engagement Schedule.
