Changes in Compensation and Benefits. In the event any other bargaining unit or non-bargaining unit member receives any economic benefit (i.e., salary, insurance, etc.) during the term of this agreement, unit members represented by Teamsters Local 1932 shall receive the equivalent increase. In the event any other bargaining unit or non-bargaining unit member receives any economic benefit and the benefit does not exist in this contract, unit members shall receive the equivalent amount toward the benefit of their choice.
