CHANGES IN DESIGN. The Seller reserves the right to change or modify the design and construction of any product in order to incorporate improvements or to substitute material equal or superior to that originally specified. The design change will be clearly defined to the Purchaser.

CHANGES IN DESIGN. The Artist shall create the Work in accordance with the proposed and approved design. Recognizing that the change in scale from sketch to full scale may require adjustments, the Artist has the right to make minor changes in the Work that are structurally and aesthetically necessary. Any change in scope, design, or material that significantly alters the original and approved concept and design of the Work or affects installation, scheduling, site preparation, location or maintenance for the Work shall require the prior review and written approval of the City. Approval of the design shall be in writing addressed to Artist.
CHANGES IN DESIGN. The Artist agrees not to begin to create the Work until the Artist receives written notice from Minnesota State that it has accepted the design after the structural design review. The Artist shall then create the Work in accordance with the approved design. Recognizing that the change in scale from model/maquette to full scale may require adjustments, the Artist has the right to make minor changes in the Work that are structurally and aesthetically necessary. Any significant change in scope, design, color, size, texture, material, or detail from the approved design of the Work, or any change that affects installation, scheduling, site preparation, or maintenance for the Work, shall require the review and prior written approval of Minnesota State.
CHANGES IN DESIGN. 6.5.1 For purposes of this Section 6.5, a Project design change impacting Utility Adjustments is a change in Project plans that (a) requires Adjustment of a Utility that was not listed on the Utility Matrix; or (b) necessitates acquisition of a Utility Easement not included in IFA-Provided Property. 6.5.2 Inasmuch as Design-Build Contractor is both furnishing the design of and constructing the Project, Design-Build Contractor may have opportunities to reduce the costs of certain portions of the Work, which may increase the costs of certain other portions of the Work or of Utility Adjustment work to be performed by Utility Owners. In considering such opportunities, Design-Build Contractor shall consider the impact of Project design changes on Utility Adjustments with the overall goal of minimizing the necessity for Utility Adjustments to the extent practical, in compliance with Section 6.3.1.
CHANGES IN DESIGN. Xxxxxxxx Aviation shall have the right to incorporate minor changes in design, construction, installation, and substitute equivalent equipment, accessories, parts or material where such changes are deemed necessary by Xxxxxxxx Aviation to improve product control, performance, reliability, utility, manufacture or appearance of the goods or material supplied here in. If due either directly or indirectly to governmental prohibitions, restrictions or priorities, any of the materials of construction specified or contemplated herein are not readily procurable for use for its intended purpose, then Xxxxxxxx Aviation shall have the right to substitute other material suitable for the job.
CHANGES IN DESIGN. 4.1. The Principal reserves the right to make changes in the design of the Products due to the Buyer initiating specification changes without incurring any obligation to make equivalent changes in the Goods previously manufactured or delivered by the Principal. 4.2. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with Buyer initiated specification changes, including but not limited to material and documentation costs.

CHANGES IN DESIGN. Changes in the design or specifications of the end items being produced under this contract may affect the interchangeability of end item parts. In such an event, unless otherwise agreed to by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer of any part not interchangeable with a new or superseding part. Pending disposition instructions, such usable tooling shall be retained and maintained by the Contractor.
CHANGES IN DESIGN. AIRTECH INTERNATIONAL GROUP, INC. may make ----------------- reasonable changes of any kind without notice and deliver revised designs or models of the Products against any order accepted by AIRTECH INTERNATIONAL GROUP, INC. In the event of any changes in design or specifications which affect interchangeability of parts, Seller shall, unless otherwise agreed to by Buyer, give Buyer notice of any part which is not interchangeable with the new or superseding part and the ST for each part covered in such notice shall be retained by Seller until Buyer provides disposition instructions. 2. If an engineering change requires either the acquisition or fabrication of new, or substantial modification to existing STE, Seller shall comply with Paragraph F.1. above.
