Changes in Fees. We may establish a new fee or change an existing fee that you must pay in connection with Online Banking. If we establish a new fee or increase an existing fee that you must pay in connection with Online Banking, we will send you a notice of the new fee or increase or post it on the Online Banking section of our website at least 30 days before the date the new fee or increase takes effect unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any notice of the change that we send to you is returned to us as undeliverable, the new fee or increase will still take effect. We will not have to notify you if we decrease or eliminate an existing fee that you must pay in connection with Online Banking.
Changes in Fees. The Fees and dollar amounts of the Fees shall be determined by CleanBrain from time to time in its sole discretion. The current Fees and the dollar amounts of the Fees are set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement. CleanBrain shall notify Client of any changes in the Fees or the dollar amounts of the Fees at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such changes. As for Access Fees, CleanBrain may increase Access Fees once per year according to the percentage of the U.S. Department of Labor Cost of Living Index (“COLI”) increase in the previous calendar year, provided however that such increase shall not exceed two percent (2%). Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon new features and/or functionality being added to the CleanTelligent Subscription Services and/or Software that CleanBrain determines in its sole discretion would merit a reasonable additional amount of Access Fees to charge all users of the CleanTelligent Subscription Services that will use such new feature(s) and/or functionality, CleanBrain may charge Client an increase in Access Fees for such new features and/or functionality in an amount determined by CleanBrain in its sole discretion, and unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between Franchisor and CleanBrain in writing.
Changes in Fees. Cantaloupe may, from time to time in its sole discretion and without the consent of Operator, modify the foreign exchange and other fees, fines, assessments, penalties and other charges or any additional amounts charged by any Card Organization to be paid by Operator for sales of Operator Products in connection with the Services to reflect changes in such fees, fines, assessments, penalties and other charges and amounts that are charged to Cantaloupe by its third party processors and other third parties, for example, changes in interchange fees, foreign currency fees and the like. Cantaloupe will give notice to Operator of the changes in these fees, fines, assessments, penalties and other charges and amounts (a) in writing, or (b) through the Dashboard or (c) by email to Operator. Additionally, Cantaloupe may increase fees for the Services upon at least thirty (30) days advance written notice following the first year of service and at any time thereafter.
Changes in Fees. Supplier may increase its pricing applicable to a Renewal Term. Service Fees will, after expiration of Initial Term, be subject to increase each Renewal subject to agreement with Customer.

Changes in Fees. The On-Site Installation Fee, the On-Site Support Fee, Help Desk Fee, the Software Enhancement Fee and/or per diem charges may be changed by PJUSA from time to time; provided that the Help Desk and Software Enhancement Fees are intended to cover PJUSA’s actual costs, including reasonable allocations of direct, actual overhead and other expenses related to the Information System and the services that PJUSA provides.

Changes in Fees. Athena may, at its sole discretion and at any time, change fees, and such changes will be effective (a) upon the next following renewal term, provided Athena provides a minimum of ninety (90) days written notice to Customer of such changes prior to the commencement of such renewal term; or (b) immediately, in the event of a change to Athena’s cost of delivery of services as a result of (i) a change in any applicable law, regulation, or similar governmental action, or (ii) a ruling by a court of competent jurisdiction.
