CHANGES IN LEGISLATION, ETC. The Partners shall in any event review the operation of the Partnership Arrangements and all or any procedures or requirements of this Agreement on the coming into force of any relevant statutory or other legislation, directions or guidance affecting the Partnership Arrangements and/or the delivery of the Services so as to ensure that the Partnership Arrangements comply with such legislation.
