Changes in Starting and Finishing Times. Changes in shift scheduling and starting and finishing times shall be established at the local level and shall conform with the provisions of this Agreement. The new schedules, once agreed upon, shall be forwarded to the appropriate Employer representative.
Changes in Starting and Finishing Times. (a) Temporary changes in shift schedules and starting and finishing time shall be established by the Senior Supervisor. (b) Permanent changes in shift schedule and start time and finishing time must be approved by the Employer. (c) New schedules shall be posted and placed in a binder for the employer representative.

Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of: i. Prohibiting the use of all forms of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, water pipes (hookah), bidis, kreteks, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco; ii. Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.

  • Changes in Service This Agreement is made in good faith based upon the present and projected conditions and the quality of the equipment and/or Property, as well as its present ownership and management. Should changes in any of these elements occur which the Judicial Council believes may adversely affect the Program, the Judicial Council reserves the right to renegotiate this Agreement or terminate pursuant to the termination for cause provision, as set forth herein, without penalty or prejudice.
