Changes Permitted. 10.1.1 Changes in the Work within the general scope of this Contract, consisting of additions, deletions, revisions, or any combination thereof, may be ordered without invalidating this Contract, by Change Order or by Field Order.
10.1.2 Changes in the Work shall be performed under applicable provisions of this Contract and the Contractor shall proceed promptly with such changes.
Changes Permitted. Changes in the Scope of Services of a Work Order consisting of additions, deletions, revisions, or any combination thereof, may be ordered by the CITY by Work Order Amendment, without invalidating the Work Order.
Changes Permitted. Company shall not by reason of Sections 3.2 and 3.3 be obligated to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending, or discontinuing, any of such benefit plans or programs, so long as such actions are similarly applicable to covered employees generally.

Change Orders are to be issued through the Forsyth County Department of Procurement, with the County Administrator signature required as authorization.

10.1.2 Changes in the Work shall be performed under applicable provisions of this Contract and the Contractor shall proceed promptly with such changes. The Architect has no authority to authorize any additional or changed Work that would require a change in the Contract Price or Contract Time.
10.1.3 Contractor shall not be entitled to any adjustment in the Contract Price or Contract Time due to any alleged extra or changed work unless a Change Order, or a Field Directive (in the event the Owner and Contractor disagree as to the appropriate amount of a proposed Change Order), shall first have been signed and issued by the Owner.
10.1.4 If the Contractor proceeds with any extra or changed work without a signed Change Order or Field Directive (even if verbal approval has been obtained) by the Owner, Contractor shall be deemed to have waived any claim based upon such extra or changed work.
Changes Permitted. Customer may change a previously requested shipment date for any standard Products (i.e., Products other than custom or made-to-order Products), provided that Customer gives Honeywell written notice of such change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the previously requested shipment date.
Changes Permitted. Changes in the Scope of Services of a Project Agreement consisting of additions, deletions, revisions, or any combination thereof, may be ordered by the TOWN by Change Order without invalidating the Project Agreement.

9.1.2 Changes in the Work shall be performed under applicable provisions of this Agreement, and ESP shall proceed promptly with such changes.
9.1.3 If Owner directs a change in the Work pursuant to this Article 9 which results in an increase in ECM Installation Payments, as provided in Section 9.2, then Owner shall specify in the Change Order whether such increase will be paid by the Escrow Agent or directly by Owner.
Changes Permitted. The Service Provider does not impose any restriction on the content of Application Changes that can be requested (and subsequently implemented). This includes addition, removal and update of plugins, updates to the core Application version and the bespoke modification of the core Application. The Service Provider may refuse to implement an Application Change where it can demonstrate that the change will negatively impact The Service Provider’s ability to provide service to its other Customers.
