Changes to Applicable Law. Any new legislation or amendments to government regulations or administrative rules that become effective after the Effective Date of this Agreement shall be mutually agreed to by AHCA, Vendor, and Participants as to the applicability of the change to this Agreement. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, a written amendment will subsequently be made to this Agreement to incorporate the requisite change(s).
