Changes to Service Plans. You may change to any qualifying Service Plan with more included minutes without paying an administrative fee for the change and with no extension of the Service Plan term. You may change to any qualifying Service Plan to include fewer included minutes by paying XXXX'x then-standard administrative fee as published on the Globalstar website and renewing the Agreement for one year from the date of the change.

Changes to Service Plans. Your service plan includes terms and conditions such as monthly service allowances and features, and the charges associated with those allowances and features, all as described in the materials made available to you on your subscription date. You acknowledge that your service plan is also subject to these Terms of Service. Our service is subject to our business policies, practices and procedures, which we can change at any time without notice. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, we can also change the terms and conditions of your service plan (such as features and prices) at any time, with or without notice. If we do give you notice, it may be provided on your account web page or monthly bill, in a newsletter, in a mailing, by e-mail, or other communication permitted under applicable law.

You agree that when contacting the Customer Operations Center, XxxxXxxxx.Xxx may monitor and record any telephone calls or other voice, data, or communications that are transmitted between XxxxXxxxx.Xxx and its agents and you, your agents, or any user of your Services or XxxxXxxxx.Xxx Equipment.

  • Changes to Services Any changes to the Services that are mutually agreed upon between the Town and the Contractor shall be made in a formal writing referencing this Agreement and, only upon execution by both Parties of such formal writing, shall become an amendment to the Services described in this Agreement. To be effective, any written change must be signed by the Contractor and by the Town or by a person expressly authorized in writing to sign on behalf of the Town. Changes to the Services or to this Agreement shall not be made through oral agreement or electronic mail messages.

  • Changes to the Services We provide Services in a multi- user environment and must therefore reserve the right to modify and discontinue Services. We may modify a Service at any time without degrading its functionality or security features For current subscriptions, we may degrade the functionality of a Service or discontinue a Service only in case of (i) legal requirements; (ii) changes in the Services imposed by Siemens’ subcontractors; (iii) the termination of our relationship with a provider of software and/or services used by us which are material for the provision of such Service; (iv) lack of customer acceptance; and/or (v) security risks. We will notify you of any material degradation of functionality or the discontinuation of a Service and the effective date at least 80 days prior to such change, and you may terminate the modified Service 30 days prior to the change effective date. In the event of such termination or discontinuation of a Service, we will refund any prepaid amounts for the applicable Service on a pro-rata basis for the remaining Subscription Term. We do not maintain prior versions of a Service.
