Changes to the Event. 10.1 Informa reserves the right at any time and for any reason to change the format, content, venue and timings of the Event (including, without limitation, any installation and dismantling periods) without liability. If the change is material to the Client’s Package, Informa will inform the Client of such change as soon as reasonably practicable.

Changes to the Event. 7.1 We reserve the right to change the course, venue, date or make any other amendment to the Event that we deem necessary to stage the Event including holding the event in a “virtual” format. Any change to the Event will be communicated to you at the Event or sooner if practicable. 7.2 Should the course distance be reduced in accordance with Condition 7.1 for the avoidance of doubt you agree that the Event is still deemed to be staged and that we will not be liable to you for any refund. 7.3 We will endeavour to provide the services and facilities advertised in our marketing materials and on our website but reserve the right to withdraw any or all of these services.
Changes to the Event. 5.1 Citywire reserves the right to alter the content of the programme and/or timings of the Event. 5.2 In the event the Venue shall, at Citywire’s sole discretion, become unfit or unavailable for occupancy, or shall be substantially interfered with, by reason of fire, flood, tempest or any other such cause or as a result of government intervention, malicious damage, acts of war, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, riot or any other causes or agency over which Citywire has no control or should Citywire decide that owing to any such cause or agency it is necessary or advisable to cancel, postpone or resite the Event or reduce the planned period for preparation, display or dismantling, Citywire shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Delegate in respect of any direct or indirect damage or loss as a result thereof.
Changes to the Event. ICM reserves the right to re-name or re-locate the Event or change the dates on which it is held. If ICM changes the name of the Event to another event facility within 50 miles of the Event Facility, or changes the dates for the Event to dates that are not more than 90 days earlier or 90 days later than the dates on which the Event originally was scheduled to be held, no refund will be due to Exhibitor. If ICM elects to move the Event to an event facility more than 50 miles away from the event Facility or to reschedule the Event to a date more than 90 days earlier or 30 days later than the Event Dates, ICM shall refund to Exhibitor its exhibitor space rental payment previously paid, in full satis- faction of all liability of Organizer to Exhibitor.

If any such changes are made, this Agreement shall continue to be binding on both parties, provided that the Package may be amended as Informa considers necessary to take account of the changes. Informa will notify the Client of any such amendments to the Package as soon as reasonably practicable.

Changes to the Event. The Client may from time to time advise Ticketmaster of changes it desires to be made to the information provided to Ticketmaster in respect of an Event. Ticketmaster and the Client shall agree to any costs (if any) incurred in changing the information or altering the ticket system to enable the new information to be programmed and the time needed for Ticketmaster to effect such a change. The Client shall forthwith pay to Ticketmaster such costs if the Client requests Ticketmaster to make the changes. Ticketmaster shall make all such changes as are capable of being made, having regard to Ticketmaster’s technology.

Changes to the Event. 3.1 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change the format, content or timing of the Event programme, the identity of any speakers or exhibitors, or venue for any reason and without liability to you, provided that the Event, as altered, is similar to the Event as originally advertised. For the avoidance of doubt, in these circumstances, we will not refund you for any proportion of the registration fee or otherwise be held liable for any other costs or expenses incurred by you in connection with the Event.

For the avoidance of doubt, should the course distance be reduced in accordance with Condition 7.1, you agree that the Event is still deemed to be staged and that LMEL will not be liable to you for any refund.
Changes to the Event. 4.1 It may be necessary for reasons beyond AfrAsia’s control to alter the advertised content, timing and/or location of the Event or advertised speakers or cancel the Event. AfrAsia reserve the right to take these actions at any time. 4.2 Where circumstances force cancellation of the Event in its entirety, AfrAsia will offer a full refund to each Participant within 14 days of the cancellation of the Event. 4.3 AfrAsia is not liable to the Participant for fees, travel, accommodation, or other costs and expenses if AfrAsia is required to cancel or modify the Event as a result of an event outside of its control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, military operations, war, acts of terrorism, or threats of such acts, any strike action, lock-outs, or widespread illness or force majeure.
