CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS AND CHARGES FOR SERVICE. THE BANK reserves the right to change, amend or add to this regulation or the charges for services stipulated herein from time to time; to that effect, it shall notify to the Customer of the changes introduced, and at the option of THE BANK, it shall so do so personally, by mail, by means of display in the branches of THE BANK, through electronic means or any other means that the BANK considers, at least 30 days in advance of the date of its implementation.
