Common use of Changes to the Tenant Improvements Clause in Contracts

Changes to the Tenant Improvements. Any material changes to the Approved Plans (each, a "Change") requested by Tenant shall be subject to the prior written approval of Landlord, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Any such Change request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including any modification of the Approved Plans and the Schedule, as applicable, necessitated by the Change. In the event that Landlord fails to respond to any such Change request within five (5) business days of receipt, such Change shall be deemed approved.
