Charges for the Service. You shall pay for the Service in accordance with our current fee schedule as amended by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. Any change in the fee schedule shall be effective at the time determined by us. You authorize us to automatically charge your account for all such fees incurred in connection with the Service. In the future, we may, in our sole discretion, but we have no obligation to, add to or enhance the features of the Service. By using such added or enhanced features, you agree to pay for such Service in accordance with the then current fee schedule. You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply to text messages sent to you pursuant to the Service.
Charges for the Service. You agree to pay for the Mobile Banking Service in accordance with our current fee schedule and as amended from time to time. You authorize us to automatically charge your account for all such fees incurred in connection with your use of the Mobile Banking Service. In the future, we may add to or enhance the features of the Mobile Banking Service. By using such added or enhanced features, you agree to pay for them in accordance with the fee schedule.
Charges for the Service. 9.1 You pay for the Service by buying and prepaying for a PAYG Base Plan and any: Mobile Plan, Data Plan, Super Pack, Family Plan or optional Data Top Up (where offered) that you choose. These prepayments cover all charges for using the PAYG Base Plan and any Plan or Data Top Up added to this, up to the limit (if any) of your prepaid entitlements until the applicable Credit Expiry Period ends. When your prepaid entitlements for a PAYG Base Plan, Plan or Data Top Up have been used up or expired, you must Recharge to continue using that part of the Service.
9.2 Your prepaid credit for a PAYG Base Plan is reduced:
(a) each time you make a call, send an SMS or MMS, send or receive data, etc that is not covered by a current Plan – in accordance with our Rate Tables; and
(b) if you have sufficient PAYG credit in your PAYG Base Plan to do so, and you choose to apply some of it towards buying a Plan or Data Top Up by the amount you apply.
9.3 For a Mobile Plan and Family Plan:
(a) your prepaid entitlement for any limited allowance of international call minutes and SMS from Australia (only applicable to some Mobile Plan s) is reduced by the duration of each outbound call you make (rounded up to the nearest minute) and SMS you send to selected countries that have included international call minutes and SMS;
(b) there is no reduction to your prepaid entitlement when you send international SMS or make standard international calls to selected countries that have unlimited international SMS and calls.
(c) your prepaid entitlement to send/receive data is reduced by the amount of data you send/receive, with each data transmission being rounded up to the nearest kilobyte.
(d) specific to a Family Plan, all services consume data from the same shared data inclusion subject to any limit imposed on an individual User by the Owner. When a limit is reached, the User will consume data from their PAYG Base Plan Credits at applicable rates unless the Owner raises the limit. A data limit does not entitle a User to send/receive data if the shared data balance has been depleted. Once the shared data balance has been exhausted, all services will consume data from their PAYG Base Plan Credits at applicable rates
9.4 For a Data Plan or Super Pack, your prepaid entitlement to send/receive data is reduced by the amount of data you send/receive, with each data transmission being rounded up to the nearest kilobyte.
9.5 All usage of the Service via your SIM card and those of Family Plan Users...
Charges for the Service. You agree to pay for Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit in accordance with the Bank’s current fee schedule, as amended from time to time. Currently there is no fee for Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit. The Bank will advise you of any fee changes prior to implementing them. Notices of changes may be provided via mail or, if you have agreed to accept electronic notices, by email, text, or online on the Bank Independent website. You authorize the Bank to automatically charge your account for all such fees incurred in connection with Mobile Banking. In the future, the Bank may add to or enhance the features of Mobile Banking. By using such added or enhanced features, you agree to the terms and conditions of use and agree to pay for them in accordance with the Bank’s fee schedule and/or as shown on your screen at the point of use.
Charges for the Service. You agree to pay any charges for the Service in accordance with the Bank’s current fee schedule, as amended from time to time, and/or as shown on the screen prior to a particular transaction. The Bank will advise you of any fee changes prior to implementing them. Notice of changes may be provided via mail, email, text, or online on the Bank Independent website. You authorize the Bank to automatically charge your account for all such fees incurred in connection with the Service. In the future, the Bank may add to or enhance the features of Service. By using such added or enhanced features, you agree to the terms and conditions of use and agree to pay for them in accordance with the Bank’s fee schedule and/or as shown on the screen prior to use. You are responsible for all fees charged by the third party, including another bank, in connection with such transactions and accounts, and you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those accounts. If you have a dispute or question about any account at another financial institution, you agree to direct these to the account provider.
Charges for the Service. For the response service you will be paying for the installation, lease of the equipment, maintenance and response service. • For the monitoring-only service you will be paying for the installation, lease of the equipment and maintenance. • You can choose to pay by direct debit, standing order, by telephone using a bank card or by obtaining a payment card through us. • We may make a charge up to the full replacement cost of the alarm and/or pendant if they are lost or damaged, (particularly if due to inappropriate use or negligence), or not returned to Stevenage Borough Council at the end of the agreement. • Service charges are weekly, reviewed annually and are subject to change. You will get at least four weeks notification of any change to your service charge.
Charges for the Service. Currently we do not charge for the Service. However, we reserve the right to do so in the future and will provide notice at least 30 days before the effective date of any change. If there is a fee, you agree to pay for the Service in accordance with the fee schedule in place at that time and as amended from time to time. By using such added or enhanced features, you agree to pay for them in accordance with the fee schedule, if any.
Charges for the Service. You agree to pay for eMobile in accordance with our current fee schedule and as amended from time to time. You authorize us to automatically charge your account for all such fees incurred in connection with eMobile. In the future, we may add to or enhance the features of eMobile. By using such added or enhanced features, you agree to pay for them in accordance with the fee schedule.
Charges for the Service.
11.1. The Charges for the Service are set out in The Order
11.2. The Customer will pay the Charges for the Service as described in the Order.
11.3. Where stated in the Order the Customer will pay the Charges by direct debit upon 4net submitting an invoice in accordance with paragraph 10.
Charges for the Service. 4.1. A cost for this service is provided in the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx (SLA Online) Portal in advance of the school electronically confirming (signing) this SLA.
4.2. This cost is displayed as a cost per year which is fixed for the 3 year term.
