Common use of Charges to the Education Leave Fund Clause in Contracts

Charges to the Education Leave Fund. (a) It is agreed that for the purposes of the Short-Term Education Leave that the fund will pay the full cost of Occasional Teacher coverage. The costs incurred by the Member on leave will be reimbursed from the fund subject to the guidelines developed by the Bargaining Unit. (b) Any balance in the fund at the end of the school year shall be carried forward to the fund for the next school year.
