Common use of Charging Demand Clause in Contracts

Charging Demand. The flow of wholesale electric energy from the CAISO Controlled Grid solely to charge the storage component of the Large Generating Facility from the CAISO Controlled Grid for later redelivery of such energy, net of Large Generating Facility losses, to the CAISO Controlled Grid. Charging Demand does not include the delivery of energy for purposes that are subject to the Participating TO’s retail tariff.
