Charter Sign-ups. Sign-up will begin on the first day worked each September and will remain open until it becomes effective on the third Monday of the month for the entire year. The names of those who have signed up will be arranged in order of region by seniority on a rotation list. A copy of this completed list will be provided to the Chairperson/designate. Should driver wish not to drive for a specific period of time, example - winter months, they must put the expected dates and return date in writing. They will not be removed but will not be asked for this time. Any drivers (after completion of probation and charter course) may sign the list in December and March from the first to the fifteenth of either month and start doing charters the beginning of the next month. The Company will send out charter/shop run reminders via email to all drivers who submit an e-mail address. Hard copies of charter slips will be provided to the drivers. New drivers may sign up in September, December and March and start chartering in October, January and April respectively, on completion of their probation period and the charter course. Drivers will be paid a minimum of a half (1/2) hour to attend the charter course. Probationary drivers will not do charters until such time as probation is completed, charter workshop has been completed and charter list has been signed except in the case of no drivers being available or an emergency. A copy of charter course/workshop will be provided to the Union. For Summer Sign-Ups Only The summer sign list will be posted by June 15th for ten (10) working days and be effective from July 1st to August 31st. At the completion of the sign-up period, rotation continues from leave off point of previous sign-up list between school bus runs evenings and weekends. Sign-ups will be in person or in writing or email to the Assistant Location Manager. The completed lists will be posted and a copy given to the Union Chairperson/designate.

For summer sign-ups only, the list will be posted by June 15. This sign-up list will remain open until it becomes effective on the third (3rd) Monday of the month. In consideration of the special status of owner operators, each owner operator shall contribute for each hour worked to the periodic dues identified in Article 4:02 and funds as identified in Articles 13:03 and 13:04 and the Contract Administration and Industry Development Fees as identified in Article 20:00.

  • If You Fail to Sign Lease After Approval Unless we authorize otherwise in writing, you and all co-applicants must execute the Lease after your Application is approved. If you or any co-applicant fails to sign as required, we may keep the application deposit as liquidated damages and terminate all further obligation to each other.
