Charterparty Assignment. If any Owner enters into any bareboat charter or any time charterparty or other contract of employment for a term which exceeds or is capable of exceeding 12 months in respect of its Ship that Owner shall, at the request of the Agent, execute, or, as the case may be, procure the execution in favour of the Security Trustee of a Charterparty Assignment in respect of that charter or other contract of employment, and shall deliver to the Agent such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Schedule 4, Part A as the Agent may require.
Charterparty Assignment. If any Owner enters into any Future Charterparty in respect of its Ship, the Borrower shall, at the request of the Agent, procure that the Owner executes in favour of the Security Trustee a Charterparty Assignment in respect of that Charterparty, and shall deliver to the Agent such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3,4 and 5 of Schedule 4, Part A as the Agent may require.
Charterparty Assignment. If a Borrower enters into any Charterparty (subject to the Agent's approval pursuant to Clause 14.13), it shall, on the date of entry into such Charterparty, execute in favour of the Security Trustee (and register, if applicable) a Charterparty Assignment and shall:

If any Borrower enters into an Assignable Charter that Borrower shall promptly after the date of such Assignable Charter enter into a Charterparty Assignment and the assignment contemplated thereunder shall be notified to the relevant charterer and any charter guarantor in accordance with the terms of such Charterparty Assignment and that Borrower shall use its commercially reasonable endeavours to obtain an acknowledgment of that Charterparty Assignment from the relevant Charterer and/or charter guarantor, and shall additionally deliver to the Facility Agent such other documents relevant to that Borrower and that Ship equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.8, 2, 6.2 and 6.6 of Part A of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) as the Facility Agent may require.

If the Owner enters into any Future Charterparty, the Borrower shall, at the request of the Lender, procure that the Owner executes in favour of the Lender a Charterparty Assignment in respect of that Charterparty, and shall deliver to the Lender such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Schedule 2, Part A as the Lender may require.
Charterparty Assignment. If the Borrower enters into any Approved Charter, the Borrower shall at the request of the Lender execute in favour of the Lender (and register, if applicable) a Charterparty Assignment in respect of such Approved Charter, and shall deliver to the Lender any documents in relation thereto which the Lender may require.
