Charter’s Replenishment of Deposit/Assurance of Payment. If CenturyTel draws on the letter of credit or cash deposit, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, upon request by CenturyTel, Charter shall provide a replacement or supplemental letter of credit or cash deposit conforming to the requirements of Section 6.3 or 6.4, whichever is applicable.
