The Department's review will be conducted within thirty (30) calendar days and approval will not be unreasonably withheld.   • Proprietary Materials Each of the Parties shall own its own intellectual property including without limitation all trade secrets, know-how, proprietary data, documents, and written materials in any format. Any materials created exclusively by IPS for the School shall be owned by IPS, and any materials created exclusively by Operator for the School shall be Operator’s proprietary material. The Parties acknowledge and agree that neither has any intellectual property interest or claims in the other Party’s proprietary materials.   • Technical Information The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
