Checking Account. This account has a Savings Account associated with the product and an Overdraft Line. • Credit and debit transactions to the Checking account are allowed (Cash, Alternate Channels: Online Banking, ATM, ACH, local and international transfers, management check) except for checkbook associated with the account Checking. • Deposits received in the Checking account will first cover the overdraft amount, and if there are remaining funds, they are transferred in an overnight internal process to the savings account to increase capital. • All charges are debited against the overdraft line. • The overdrafts generated by the bank's commission charges apply, even if the amount of the approved overdraft line has been fully used. • The renewal is automatic as long as the term and the minimum amount required is maintained. • If at the time of the account renewal of the account, the overdraft line exceeds 75% of the amount that is kept in the savings account, the savings account funds associated with the product are debited, until the overdrawn amount has been covered. The savings account associated with the product is automatically canceled and the overdraft line is not generated. If there are remaining funds in the savings account, they are automatically transferred to the Checking account associated with the product. • All the clauses of the Checking Account Regulations of this Document apply (Section C. REGULATIONS OF CHECKING ACCOUNTS)
Checking Account. No interest shall be payable on any checking account.
Checking Account. You can make a withdrawal from any checking account by writing a check, making withdrawals or transfers at an ATM, or through other electronic means.
Checking Account. The Road Commission Agent shall establish and maintain a bank checking account with a local bank, and will prepare and distribute to the herein affected parcel owners an annual income and expense report and a yearend balance sheet, accounting for all funds received and disbursed.
Checking Account. A checking account shall be established upon receipt by the Custodian of a certified copy of a resolution adopted by the Fund's Board of Directors authorizing the creation and funding of that checking account with the Custodian. The resolution must specify the purposes for which moneys placed in the checking account may be disbursed, that the balance maintained in the account does not exceed the Fund's fidelity bond coverage and that the balance maintained in the account does not exceed the amount which is necessary to meet current or recurring expenses and distributions declared and payable to shareowners. A check drawn on the checking account shall be honored only if:
1. The check is prenumbered by a printer and is in an amount no greater than the maximum amount established by resolution of the Fund's Board of Directors from time to time, a certified copy of which resolution shall have been delivered to the Custodian;
2. The check bears the signatures of at least two Authorized Persons; and
3. The check is payable to a designated payee.
Checking Account. An XXXX checking account may not be used to establish membership. An XXXX checking account is subject to the applicable disclosures set forth in this Agreement; however, this account is not subject to voting rights or overdraft protection. In accordance with New York State Judiciary Law, all dividends earned on an XXXX account will be forwarded to the New York Xxxx Fund. Additionally, special or non-routine charges and fees associated with an XXXX checking account is your responsibility and will be charged to your primary business membership account.
Checking Account. Borrower shall maintain its general checking/controlled disbursement account with Lender. Normal charges shall be assessed thereon. Although no compensating balance is required, Borrower must keep monthly balances in order to merit earnings credits which will cover Lender's service charges for demand deposit account activities.
Checking Account. An account which transactions are subject to payment orders and wire transfer instructions.
Checking Account. The checking account with the Bank that Borrower designated for overdraft protection in the Business Loan Application and/or the account to which Advances are made;
