The obligation of Bank to make the Loan to Borrower is subject to the condition precedent that, in addition to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 8.2 and 8.3, Bank shall have received, prior to the first disbursement of the proceeds of any of the Loan hereunder all documents, instruments, agreements, notes, evidences of Borrower's authority, and all other instruments as Bank may reasonably request, including but not limited to all items on the documentation checklist, delivered by Bank to Borrower prior to the date hereof.
