  • Shift Pay Each full-time employee scheduled to work on any shift commencing after 9:00 a.m. shall be paid a shift premium of seventy- five cents ($0.75) per hour for all hours worked by him/her on that shift and overtime hours worked in continuity with such shift. Shift premiums payable under this provision shall not be included as part of the employee’s regular pay for purposes of computing overtime pay.

  • Show-up Pay (a) Except as otherwise required by State law, Employees reporting for work and for whom no work is provided, except when given prior notification not to report to work, shall receive two (2) hours pay at the regular straight time hourly rate. Employees who are directed to start work shall receive four (4) hours of pay at the regular straight time hourly rate. Employees who work beyond four (4) hours shall be paid for actual hours worked. Whenever reporting pay is provided for employees, they will be required to remain at the Project Site and available for work for such time as they receive pay, unless released earlier by the principal supervisor of the Contractor(s) or his/her designated representative. Each employee shall furnish his/her Contractor with his/her current address and telephone number, and shall promptly report any changes to the Contractor.

  • Overtime Distribution The Employer and the Union will discuss Departmental or agency specific overtime distribution policies at the Departmental or agency level. The Employer agrees to follow its existing overtime distribution policies until changed as a result of Employer/Union negotiation.

  • Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.

  • Required Distributions Generally, when you die, designated beneficiary(ies) who are individuals may elect to deplete the Xxxx XXX by the end of the fifth calendar year following your death or to receive payments based on the designated beneficiary(ies)’s life expectancy. If life expectancy payments are elected, the payments must generally begin by December 31 of the first calendar year following your death. If your surviving spouse is your sole designated beneficiary, he or she may delay the first distribution until December 31 of the year you would have attained age 70½, if later. If your designated beneficiary is not an individual or qualified trust (e.g., a charity, your estate, etc.), your Xxxx XXX must be distributed by the end of the fifth calendar year following your death. Generally, each beneficiary may elect the timing and manner regarding the distribution of his or her portion of the Xxxx XXX. Elections must generally be made by December 31 of the year following your death. If timely elections are not made, distributions to designated beneficiaries who are individuals will be made using the life expectancy option. The default provision for designated beneficiaries that are not individuals is the 5-year method. If your beneficiary(ies) fails to withdraw the required amount in any tax year, he or she may be subject to a 50% excess accumulation penalty tax on the amount that should have been withdrawn but was not distributed. If your surviving spouse is the sole designated beneficiary of your Xxxx XXX, he/she may treat your Xxxx XXX as his or her own Xxxx XXX by redesignating your Xxxx XXX as his or her own Xxxx XXX, failing to take a required distribution as a beneficiary, or by making a contribution. Regardless of whether your spouse is your sole designated beneficiary, he or she may roll distributions from your Xxxx XXX into his or her own Xxxx XXX generally within 60 days of receipt.   • FILOT PAYMENTS Section 4.01

  • ISOLATION PAY 43.1 An employee who is stationed at a work location which receives a total of eight (8) or more points under the factors outlined in sub-sections 43.3.1 and 43.3.2 of this Article shall be paid an isolation allowance in accordance with the following scale: 8 points $ 3.45 per week 9 - 12 points $ 5.18 per week 13 - 16 points $ 6.90 per week 17 - 20 points $ 8.63 per week 21 - 24 points $10.35 per week 25 - 28 points $12.08 per week 29 - 32 points $13.80 per week 33 - 36 points $15.53 per week 37 - 40 points $17.25 per week 41 - 44 points $18.98 per week 45 - 48 points $20.70 per week

  • What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Check-Off Payments The Employer shall deduct from every employee any dues, initiation fees, or assessments levied by the Union on its members.
