The School’s Chief Administrative Officer (1) will be the School’s leader, (2) is responsible for the daily operations at the School, and (3) will be listed as such in any State reporting system. The School’s Superintendent shall be the individual identified as such in OED S and may be the same as the Chief Administrative Officer.

Chief Administrative Officer. The School’s Chief Administrative Officer (1) of the School will be the Superintendent (Principal, Superintendent, Head of School’s leader, (2) Chief Administrative Officer). This individual is responsible for the daily operations at the School, School and (3) will be listed as such in any State reporting system. Any change in the identity and/or role of the Chief Administrative Officer shall be reported in writing to the Sponsor within five (5) business days. The School’s person registered in OEDS-R as Superintendent shall be the individual identified as such in OED S and may be Superintendent or one of the Superintendents of the School, even if he/she is the same person as the Chief Administrative Officer.
