Chief Executive Officers. If the designated officers of Alcoa and Alumina cannot reach an agreement resolving the dispute within the 14 days of the receipt of such written notice, either party may refer the dispute for resolution by further written notice addressed to the Chief Executive Officers of
Chief Executive Officers. If a dispute, controversy or claim between ------------------------ the parties arising out of or relating to the validity, construction, enforceability or performance of this Agreement, including disputes relating to alleged breach or to termination of this Agreement (each, a "Dispute"), either Nipro or TheraSense may, by written notice to the other, have such dispute referred to the General Manager of Nipro, or his designee, and to the Vice President of International Business Development of TheraSense, or his designee for resolution. If, within thirty (30) days of such written notification of a Dispute, no resolution is agreed between the parties, the dispute will be presented to the Chief Executive Officer of Nipro, and the President of TheraSense for resolution. If, within sixty (60) days of written notification of a Dispute, no resolution is agreed, then either party may notify the other party that it invokes resolution of the dispute by binding arbitration in the manner described in Section 13.2 ("ADR").
Chief Executive Officers. In the event that the dispute is not resolved in accordance with subsection 1 (a) above, either party may refer the dispute to the chief executive officers or chief operating officers of the respective parties for further consideration. In the event that such individuals are unable to reach agreement within 15 days, or such longer period as they may agree, then either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with subsection 2 of this Article XVIII.
Chief Executive Officers. For all Disputes referred to the Chief Executive Officers from the Executive Sponsors, the Chief Executive Officers shall use their good faith efforts to resolve the Dispute within twenty (20) days after such referral.
Chief Executive Officers. If the Strategic Relationship Committee is unable to resolve the Dispute thirty (30) days after the Dispute is referred to the Strategic Relationship Committee, either Licensee or Licensor may refer the Dispute to the Chief Executive Officers of Licensee and Licensor for resolution. A Dispute shall be deemed referred upon either such party providing the other party with written notice that it wishes to refer the Dispute to the Chief Executive Officers in accordance with Section 10.9 within fifteen (15) days after the expiration of such thirty (30)-day period. If no such notice is provided, the dispute resolution process hereunder as to the Dispute in question will be deemed complete.
Chief Executive Officers. 1The terms and conditions of employment for Chief Executive Officers ("CEO") will, in respect of remuneration and related conditions, be those provided for by the Government Sector Executive Remuneration Panel contracts ("GSERP contract").
Chief Executive Officers. Subject to the supervision and control of the Board of Directors , a Chief Executive Officer, including any Co-Chief Executive Officer, shall have power over the general management and supervision of the Corporation and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors or these Bylaws.
Chief Executive Officers. The Supervisory Board may confer the same representative authority on one or more members of the Executive Board, who shall then bear the title of Chief Executive Officer(s) (Directeurs Généraux). In such cases, one of the Chief Executive Officers appointed accordingly shall also function as accountable manager (dirigeant responsable) within the meaning of Article 14.4.3 below. The Supervisory Board may remove the Chief Executive Officers from their posts as Chief Executive Officer. The Supervisory Board may remove the representative authority of the Chief Executive Officers vis-à-vis third parties under the same conditions.
Chief Executive Officers. 71.1. The terms and conditions of employment for Chief Executive Officers ("CEO") will, in respect of remuneration and related conditions, be those provided for by the Government Sector Executive Remuneration Panel contracts ("GSERP contract").
71.2. Clause 71.1 excludes CEOs of "stand alone" community health centres and/or CEOs whose terms and conditions are not covered by a GSERP contract.
71.3. Despite clause 71.1, any further GSERP contract offered by an employer to an existing employee whose employment is governed by a GSERP contract in existence at the date of certification of this Agreement will not reduce the total remuneration package applicable to that employee.
Chief Executive Officers. The dispute shall be promptly referred to the Chief Executive Officers or similar senior executive officers of GPC and BG, who shall meet at a mutually acceptable time and location within thirty (30) days of such notice and attempt to negotiate a settlement.
