Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer shall, under the direction of the Member, Board of Managers and Chief Executive Officer, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Financial Officer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her, from time to time, by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Managers or the Member.
Chief Financial Officer. The chief financial officer shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct books and records of accounts of the properties and business transactions of the Company, including accounts of its assets, liabilities, receipts, disbursements, gains, losses and capital. The chief financial officer shall have the custody of the funds and securities of the Company, and shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company, and shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Company Board. The chief financial officer shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the chief executive officer, the president or the Company Board.
Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer of the Trust shall have general charge of the finances of the Trust. The Chief Financial Officer shall make annual reports regarding the business and financial condition of the Trust as soon as possible after the close of the Trust’s fiscal year and shall furnish such other reports concerning the business and financial condition of the Trust as the Trustees may from time to time require. The Chief Financial Officer shall perform all acts incidental to the office of Chief Financial Officer, subject to the supervision of the Trustees, and shall perform such additional duties as the Trustees or the Chairman may from time to time designate. The Chief Financial Officer shall be responsible to and shall report to the Trustees. In the absence of the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer may perform all duties of the Chief Financial Officer.
Chief Financial Officer. The Charter School shall designate a Chief Financial Officer, who shall possess the following minimum qualifications:
i. A baccalaureate or higher degree in business, accounting, or finance from an accredited college or university and a minimum of four (4) years experience in a field related to business or finance; or
ii. Documented experience of ten (10) or more years in the field of business and financial management.
Chief Financial Officer. Unless provided otherwise by a resolution adopted by the Directors, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company shall be the Treasurer of the Company and shall keep accurate financial records for the Company; shall deposit all monies, drafts, and checks in the name of and to the credit of the Company in such banks and depositories as the Directors shall designate from time to time; shall endorse for deposit all notes, checks, and drafts received by the Company as ordered by the Directors, making proper vouchers therefore; shall disburse Company funds and issue checks and drafts in the name of the Company as ordered by the Directors, shall render to the President and the Directors, whenever requested, an account of all such transactions as Chief Financial Officer and of the financial condition of the Company, and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Directors or the President from time to time.
Chief Financial Officer. The chief financial officer shall be the principal financial and accounting officer of the Partnership. He shall have charge of and be responsible for the maintenance of adequate books of account for the Partnership, have charge and custody of all funds and securities of the Partnership and be responsible for the receipt and disbursement thereof, and perform all the duties incident to the office of chief financial officer and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the chairman or the Management Committee.
Chief Financial Officer. The Board of Directors may designate a chief financial officer. The chief financial officer shall have the responsibilities and duties as determined by the Board of Directors or the chief executive officer.
Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer (or Treasurer, should there be one appointed) shall keep and maintain or cause to be kept and maintained adequate and correct books and records of accounts of business transactions of the Company, including accounts of the assets, liabilities, receipts, disbursements, gains, losses, capital of the Company. The books of account shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by any Director. The Chief Financial Officer or Treasurer shall deposit all monies and other valuables in the name and to the credit of the Company with such depositaries as may be designated by the Board of Directors. He or she shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Board of Directors, shall render to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors, whenever they request it, an account of all of his or her transactions as Chief Financial Officer or Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Company and shall have other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or the Chief Executive Officer or this Agreement.
Chief Financial Officer. If the Board designates a Chief Financial Officer, such officer shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct books and records of account of the Company, the MLP and its subsidiaries. He shall receive and deposit all moneys and other valuables belonging to the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company and shall disburse the same and only in such manner as the Board or the appropriate Officer of the Company may from time to time determine. He shall receive and deposit all moneys and other valuables belonging to the MLP in the name and to the credit of the MLP and shall disburse the same and only in such manner as the Board or any Chief Executive Officer may require. He shall render to the Board and any Chief Executive Officer, whenever any of them request it, an account of all his transactions as Chief Financial Officer and of the financial condition of the Company or the MLP and its Subsidiaries, and shall perform such further duties as the Board or any Chief Executive Officer may require.
Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer shall have the custody of the Company funds and securities and shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company and shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Manager. The Chief Financial Officer shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Manager, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and shall render to the Chief Executive Officer and to the Manager when the Manager so requires, an account of all of the Chief Financial Officer’s transactions and of the financial condition of the Company.
