Chief Technology Officer. Contractor or NSS each may escalate the matter to Contractor’s Chief Engineer and to NSS’ Chief Technology Officer (and, as above, Contractor shall provide sufficient relevant technical information, including test data, and make available other relevant personnel including the appropriate subject matter experts). If the matter has not been resolved to either Party’s satisfaction within forty-eight (48) hours, then
Chief Technology Officer. The Chief Technology Officer shall advise the Board and the Chief Executive Officer on software and hardware technology, software architecture development, information technology and other technical issues related to the matters which they consider and shall oversee the technology functions of the corporation. The Chief Technology Officer shall identify and evaluate trends in technologies and economic and regulatory issues, assist the Chief Executive Officer in developing strategic goals and objectives for the Corporation, and perform all other duties as may be incident thereto or as otherwise assigned by the Board of Directors or the Chief Executive Officer.
Chief Technology Officer. The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for the overall direction of all technology functions associated with the business of the Company. This includes information technology applications, product design, product research and development, database administration, and such other matters relating to the development of the Company's technology as may be directed by the Board.
Chief Technology Officer. As the CTO at StreetScan, Xxxxx works with engineers and researchers developing new capabilities and products for StreetScan’s Pavement Inspection & Management Solution. He received his M.S. in Physics from Portland State University in 2003. During that time he worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory developing acoustic-based systems for non-destructive testing. Over the last 15 years, Xxxxx has worked on developing multi-sensor platforms and algorithms used in automated detection and analysis.
Chief Technology Officer. Current position
Chief Technology Officer. The Executive shall diligently and conscientiously devote the Executive's full time, attention and best efforts to discharge the duties assigned to the Executive by the Company. The Executive shall perform such duties as may be assigned to the Executive from time to time by the Company.
Chief Technology Officer. The chief technology officer (the “CTO”), subject to the direction and control of the Board and the CEO, shall be in charge of, and shall oversee, the operation, maintenance and consistency of the technological infrastructure of the Company and its business. In general, and unless otherwise modified from time to time by the action of the Board, the CTO shall have all the general powers and duties of supervision and management usually vested in the “chief technology officer” (or the like) of a public company. The CTO shall also have all such other powers, and perform all such other duties, as may be assigned to him/her from time to time by the CEO and/or the Board.
Chief Technology Officer. The Company agrees to, and hereby does, employ Employee to perform the services and to discharge the duties of Chief Technology Officer. During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall perform such duties as are consistent with an employee in the position of Chief Technology Officer. As Chief Technology Officer, Employee will report to the President/CEO and board of directors of the Company. Duties of the Chief Technology Officer include but are not limited to:
(i) Develop, articulate and drive the achievement of the company’s technology vision
(ii) Devise technology plans for the company
(iii) Decide technology platforms of operations
(iv) Identify new technologies and determine incorporation
(v) Having overall responsibilities for the Company and divisions’ strategic and financial objectives as related to the technology platforms
Chief Technology Officer. The Company shall at all times maintain an Officer position of “Chief Technology Officer.” The Chief Technology Officer shall have authority over all technical product development and product development process matters of the Company, as well as such other duties assigned to him by the Managing Member. The initial Chief Technology Officer shall be Xxxxx Xxxx.
Chief Technology Officer. The Employee shall provide to the Employer duties as needed. The Employee accepts and agrees to such employment, and agrees to be subject to the general supervision, advice, and direction of the Employer and the Employers supervisory personnel.
