Child Support Assignment Orders. CONTRACTOR shall comply with the Child Support Assignment Orders Ordinance, Section 10.10 of the LAAC, as amended from time to time. Pursuant to Section 10.10(b) of the LAAC, CONTRACTOR shall fully comply with all applicable State and Federal employment reporting requirements. Failure of CONTRACTOR to comply with all applicable reporting requirements or to implement lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment or Notices of Assignment, or the failure of any principal owner(s) of CONTRACTOR to comply with any Wage and Earnings Assignment or Notices of Assignment applicable to them personally, shall constitute a default by the CONTRACTOR under this Contract. Failure of CONTRACTOR or principal owner to cure the default within 90 days of the notice of default will subject this Contract to termination for breach. Any subcontract entered into by CONTRACTOR for work to be performed under this Contract must include an identical provision.
Child Support Assignment Orders. This Lease is subject to Section 10.10, Article 1, Chapter 1, Division 10 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code related to Child Support Assignment Orders, a copy of which is attached hereto beginning on page A-1 in Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein. Pursuant to this Section, Landlord (and any subcontractor of Landlord providing services to City under this Lease) shall (.
1) fully comply with all State and Federal employment reporting requirements for Landlord's or Landlord's subcontractor's employees applicable to Child Support Assignment Orders; (.
2) certify that the principal owner(s) of Landlord and applicable subcontractors are in compliance with any Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment applicable to them personally; (.
3) fully comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment in accordance with California Family Code section 5230, et seq.; and (.
4) maintain such compliance throughout the Term of this Lease. Pursuant to Section 10.10.b of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, failure of Landlord or an applicable subcontractor to comply with all applicable reporting requirements or to implement lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment or the failure of any principal owner(s) of Landlord or applicable subcontractors to comply with any Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment applicable to them personally shall constitute a default of this Lease subjecting this Lease to termination where such failure shall continue for more than ninety (90) days after notice of such failure to Landlord by City.
Child Support Assignment Orders. During the term of this Master License Agreement, Licensee shall comply with Section 10.10, Article 1, Chapter 1, Division 10 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (“Child Support Assignment Orders”). Licensor requires Licensee entering into a contract with the Licensor to comply with all reporting requirements and court-ordered wage earning assignments.

(a) fully comply with all State and Federal employment reporting requirements applicable to Child Support Assignment Orders; (b) that the principal owner(s) of the Borrower are in compliance with any Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment applicable to them personally; (c) fully comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment in accordance with California Family Code Section 5230 et seq.; and (d) maintain such compliance throughout the term of this Regulatory Agreement. Pursuant to Section lO.lO.b of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, failure of the Borrower or the Trustee to comply with all applicable reporting requirements or to implement lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment or the failure of any principal owner(s) of the Borrower or the Trustee to comply with any Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment applicable to them personally shall constitute a default by the Borrower or the Trustee, as appropriate, under the terms of this Regulatory Agreement, subjecting (i) the Borrower to the remedies provided herein and (ii)the Trustee to termination under the Indenture where, in either case, such failure shall continue for more than ninety (90) days after notice of such failure to the Borrower or the Trustee by the Issuer. Any subcontract entered into by the Borrower or the Trustee relating to this Regulatory Agreement, to the extent allowed hereunder, shall be subject to the provisions of this paragraph and shall incorporate the provisions of the Child Support Assignment Orders Ordinance. Failure of the Borrower or the Trustee to obtain compliance of its subcontractors shall constitute a default by the Borrower or the Trustee, as appropriate, under the terms of this Regulatory Agreement, subjecting (A) the Borrower to the remedies provided herein and (B) the Trustee to termination under the Indenture where such failure shall continue for more than ninety (90) days after notice of such failure to the Borrower or the Trustee by the Issuer. Pursuant to this Ordinance, the Fiscal Agent certifies that: (1) it will fully comply with all State and Federal employment reporting requirements applicable to Child Support Assignment Orders; (2) the principal owner(s) of the Fiscal Agent are in compliance with any Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment applicable to them personally;

Borrower shall comply with the Child Support Compliance Act of 1998 of the State of California Employment Development Department. The Borrower hereby affirms that to the best of its knowledge, it is fully complying with the earnings assignment orders of all employees and is providing the names of all new employees to the New Hire Registry maintained by the Employment Development Department as set forth in subdivision (b) of Section 7110 of the Public Contract Code.
